Your mission

As a React Frontend Developer you are responsible for building fast, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces that enable seamless customer service interactions. You will work with modern technologies such as React, Redux, Tailwind, and Socket.IO to create dynamic frontend features that update instantly and reliably.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to translate complex workflows into elegant user experiences.
You will ensure that real-time data streams, customer interactions, and operator tools are visually clear, efficient to use, and optimized for high performance — even under heavy load.
Your work will directly impact on how customers and support agents communicate in time-critical situations. This includes designing modular UI components, improving frontend performance, ensuring design consistency, and maintaining a high level of usability and visual detail.
By combining technical expertise with a strong product mindset, you help shape a reliable and delightful user experience for thousands of end users

Your skills

Your profile:

You have at least 5 Years of experience as a React Frontend Developer
You are proficient in working with REST-APIs and JSON Data Structures and React
You are acquainted with state management experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit and real-time communication using Socket.IO
You bring strong knowledge in Java Script and CSS/ SCSS and styling with Tailwind CSS
You are familiar with component-driven development and reusable UI patterns
You have worked with CI/ CD pipelines and testing (especially GitLab CI)
You have strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

NICE-TO-HAVE

You have experience in containerization such as Docker/ Docker Swarm/ Kubernetes or backend technologies such as Kafka, No-SQL Databases, Redis, Linux

FOLGENDES BRINGST DU MIT...

At least 5 Years of Experience as a React Frontend Developer
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Proventrack record of delivering frontend applications used by thousands of end users.
Strong passion for design details and delivering high-quality user experiences.
Strong Proficiency in Working with REST-APIs and JSON Data Structures
Strong proficiency in React (hooks, functional components)
State management experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit
Real-time communication using Socket.IO
Styling with Tailwind CSS and strong Knowledge in Java Script and CSS/ SCSS
Familiarity with component-driven development and reusable UI patterns
Experience building real-time or event-driven applications (preferably customer service–related)
Experience with CI/ CD pipelines and Testing (especially Git Lab CI)

Experience in Containerization such as Docker/ Docker Swarm/ Kubernetes
Experience with Backend Technologies such as Kafka, No-SQL Databases, Redis, Linux
